Delivery times are targets and we cannot guarantee the actual delivery as it is out of our control once the courtiers collect the parcels.

BS-X uses My Hermes delivery service and operates on a 2-3 day working day delivery time scale.

An extra £1.99 delivery charge is applicable for the remote postal codes of IM/HS/ZE, channel Islands and Ireland.

Mainland UK Delivery covering order over £45

BSX offers FREE delivery on items over £50 to all UK mainland cities.

International deliveries are subject to local taxes and revenue charges so these must be taken into consideration when placing an order.

Mainland Europe Deliveries

BS-X primarily uses Pacelforce to deliver to Europe and operate on an estimated 3-5 working day delivery estimate.

European delivery is only possible on orders over £50 at this time.

North America & Canada

BS-X primarily uses FED EX for North American delivery and operates on a 4-5 working day delivery estimate,

Delivery charges are calculated by weight and a minimum order value of £50.

Delivery charges are £4.99 on orders under 3kg. Between 3kg and 7kg there is a charge of £8.99.

Delivery Advice

When you receive your item/s, please check the parcel as soon as possible and before it is opened. Please ensure that when you receive an item or items, you take reasonable care when trying it inspect it .Do not remove security or safety seals and return the item.

You have a right to change your mind once the item/s is received and can return the item within 14 days provided you do not open or use the item/s.

If you change your mid we will refund the product cost upon receipt of unopened and undamaged goods. Unfortunately if you change your mind we do not refund or reimburse the postage.

All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you.

Damaged or faulty Goods

Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact us [email protected]. You will need to tell us exactly what the fault is and as soon as possible after discovering the fault and we will advise what to do next.

If your Item is not received

We apologise in advance if an item you have purchased has not arrived. This is not a common occurrence and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.

To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched.

If you receive the wrong order

If the item you receive is not the product you have purchased we apologise in advance. This would be our mistake and we will rectify it immediately.

You will be entitled to a refund or a replacement providing you return the item/s in the same condition you received them and within 14 days from the day on which you received the goods.

Contact our information desk at [email protected] and explain the issue. We will reply with the steps to follow to rectify the mistake with as little disruption as possible.

Return of replacement goods

If an item you ordered was found to be faulty and we replaced it, you have the right to cancel your order in respect of the replacement product within 7 working days starting on the day after you received the replacement item and receive a refund.

Returning items

In order to return any product, you must send us email to receive instructions on how to return your product(s)and a return authorisation number.

If items have been opened, we are unable to accept them for return.This includes boxes with packets in them. If you received the incorrect item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please do not open the item and contact us immediately so we can advise you how to return the order to us. Send an email with the subject "How to return a product?" for instructions. 

We cannot accept returns on any heat-damaged products. You must be available to receive your order or to provide special delivery instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbours house,or not to deliver if no one is home. You may also have your order shipped to your place of work.

Once we receive your unopened, returned items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card/Pay Pal account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for return shipping. You may wish to insure your return and at least get a proof of posting. If we do not receive it, we cannot credit you for it. Once terms have been established between the customer and Bodyshox.com we will refund the total order price minus original shipping and handling charges and assess a 15% re-stocking fee. As we are unable to re-sell products that are returned, so that we ensure that our customers receive the freshest and best possible quality in their original order.

We will accept unopened items back within 7 days of delivery.
